We believe that combining deep experience and diverse viewpoints creates the space to see the best companies in the world.

Our Next Wave approach goes beyond traditional venture scout programs and takes a cohort-based approach to build the next wave of world-class venture investors while expanding our reach in discovering new opportunities.

Each Next Wave Fund is led by a Flybridge investment team member and is composed of founders, operators, and experts in their fields. We focus on what we see as the next big opportunities in innovation and focus on the core thesis in 3-4 year increments giving us the time to be nimble, go deep, and widen our aperture on what’s possible.

Each partner makes 2-3 investments up to $250K each year , fund dependent, while learning the ropes of venture investing and bringing their networks to the table.

This allows us as a firm to extend our reach, diversify our network, and get in early on opportunities that might not ordinarily rise to the surface. We’re excited about what this means both for our community and the companies we invest in.
